Makes life less stressful!


Biggest take away was condensing my recipes into 1 binder. That will be so helpful! Best parts for me, are only going to the grocery 1 day a week and not 3/4 times, and picking a night to put together my grocery list. That makes me think out my meals for the week too, which makes life less stressful:) and I find myself much more disciplined about getting only what I need. Also, getting my kids involved with meal prepping so they know how to do it down the road when they are their own.

For me the biggest takeaway is the recipe binder and the grocery list. What a difference it made for grocery shopping. It is also nice that I keep it on my refrigerator so now my husband can check what he needs too. Listening to you made me realize that I do not have to prep meals, but prep the little things. Veggies and fruit take time to cut up, so to do it on Sunday for the rest of the week will be great!

Picky Eaters


This course gave me the motivation to get started! I really liked the idea of only making one meal with picky eaters. Giving them their food first and then adding in what they don't like. That will save time and then not need to make separate meals. I have picky eaters all around, including my husband, lol ;-) I need to put together the binder to make it easier.
